This picturesque week-long destination wedding in Italy began with an intimate welcome soirée featuring local pasta and wine—a perfect introduction to the couple’s celebration. Originally planned as a sunny summer picnic complete with boho blankets and outdoor games, the weather had other ideas, bringing a dramatic storm just before the festivities were set to begin.

With only an hour to pivot, we transformed a rustic barn into a warm and inviting reception space. The glow of mood lighting against wooden beams and a post-storm sunset created an ambiance straight out of a fairytale. Stylish umbrellas became impromptu accessories, adding charm to the evening and making for unforgettable photos.
