How On-the-Day Coordination Works
You've done the hard work — chosen the venue, booked the suppliers, and poured your heart into every detail. Now it's time to hand over the reins. As your dedicated on-the-day wedding coordinator in Sydney, I step in to manage every moving part of your wedding day so you don't have to. Here's exactly how it works.
1 Understanding your vision.
Every wedding is unique — and so is every couple. Before your big day, we'll connect to understand your vision, your priorities, and the details that matter most to you. This allows me to step into your wedding day fully prepared, informed, and ready to execute everything exactly as you've imagined.
2 Reviewing your plans and suppliers.
2–4 weeks before your wedding, I step in to consolidate everything you've put in place. You'll share your supplier contacts, arrival times, venue set-up requirements, and any key logistics — so nothing falls through the cracks and everyone is working from the same page.
3 Building your personalised run sheet.
I'll create a detailed, structured run sheet that covers your entire wedding day from start to finish. This becomes the single source of truth for you, your wedding party, and every supplier involved — so there are no surprises nor missed moments.
4 Confirming every detail with your suppliers.
In the lead-up to your wedding, I'll liaise directly with all of your suppliers to confirm arrival times, logistics, and responsibilities. You won't need to chase a single email or phone call — that's my job, so you can focus on enjoying the final countdown.
5 Final check-in before the big day.
In the week before your wedding, we'll do a final run-through together to make sure everything is perfectly aligned. This is your moment to hand over the reins with complete confidence and peace of mind that your day is in good hands so you can enjoy the countdown.
6 Your Wedding Day, seamlessly managed.
This is where it all comes together. I'm with you from set-up to send-off, managing supplier arrivals, guest coordination, ceremony cues, reception flow, and anything unexpected that comes up along the way. All you need to do is focus on being present — I'll handle everything else.
